Miss Black Northeast Georgia Teen Pageant.

Eligibility Guidelines:

1. You must reside in Northeast or East Central Georgia.

Northeast and East Central Georgia consists of the following counties:

Banks, Barrow, Clarke, Dawson, Elbert, Franklin, Forsyth, Greene, Jackson, Hall, Hart,

Habersham, Hancock, Lumpkin, Madison, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Rabun, Rockdale, Stephens, Towns, Union, Walton, and White.

2. You must be a high school student at the time of application.

3. You must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.

4. You must be single, never married and have no children.
