Operating under the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization Northeast Georgia Pageant Association, Inc, the Miss Black Northeast Georgia Teen Pageant focuses on personal development, sisterhood, and community outreach.
The Miss Black Northeast Georgia Teen Pageant is open to high school students who reside in the Northeast & East Central regions as defined by the Georgia Department of Economic Development. Northeast & East Central Georgia consists of the following counties: Banks, Barrow, Clarke, Dawson, Elbert, Franklin, Forsyth, Greene, Jackson, Hall, Hart, Habersham, Hancock, Lumpkin, Madison, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Rabun, Rockdale, Stephens, Towns, Union, Walton, and White.
